Blackheads are no friend to exfoliation. Learn how to get rid of blackheads by using gentle, abrasive products. These can be exfoliating washes such as Clearasil® Ultra® Scrub, or Clearasil® Ultra® Pads. The exfoliating beads and the rough surface of the pads wears away the disk of dead skin cells, while the active medication (salicylic acid) helps break up the blockage and re-open the pore. Be gentle on your skin while doing this; always use the products as directed on the pack.
If you get them regularly, you can remove blackheads easily by using an exfoliating scrub wash two or three times a week instead of your usual facial wash.
